UC San Diego Set to Reopen at Full Capacity In Fall

Los Angeles Times Reported last week that higher-education institutions have made plans to resume operating at full capacity when the fall quarter starts in September. As vaccine rollouts improve and the end of the pandemic is in sight, schools feel comfortable planning for in-person classes and on-campus living at almost 100% capacity.
